Getting there and parking
Kyle Field is about 5.5 miles away, roughly 13 minutes without traffic, and much longer on game day. Pay-on-arrival public parking is limited, and free game-day shuttles run from select campus lots from 3 hours before kickoff until 1 hour after the game. The City of Bryan's free shuttle also runs for this game, from the Roy Kelly Parking Garage downtown (about an 8-minute walk from the house) to the Memorial Student Center next to Kyle Field. At the house, 3 cars fit in the driveway and 1 on the street out front. Bags must meet the SEC's 12-1-1 clear-bag rule.
Food nearby
The H-E-B on N. Texas Ave. is about 5 minutes away for tailgate supplies and breakfast. The Proudest Monkey on Main Street is good for burgers and tacos before or after the game. Friday night, Downtown Bryan's locally owned restaurants and bars are a 10-minute walk, so nobody has to drive.
